1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DriftLens website, including the Mini Demo and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Services

DriftLens provides an AI-powered journaling and self-reflection platform known as InsightOS™.

Mini Demo (Preview):
The landing page includes a limited, promotional version of the Service. Users may submit a short reflection and receive AI-generated insights. The Mini Demo currently generates two insight types:

• Samsara: Identifying recurring loops or attachments.

• DriftLens Insight: Offering an integrated reflective perspective.

The Mini Demo is for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. It may not represent the full range of functionality, accuracy, or personalization available in the subscription platform.

Full Platform:
The paid version of DriftLens includes all five InsightOS™ modules (Samsara, Vipassana, Plasticity Trace, Insight Mode, and DriftLens Insight), personalization features, and the ability to save and review your reflection history over time.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

• Mini Demo Submissions: Text entered into the Mini Demo (“Submissions”) is processed by our servers to generate insights. Submissions are not permanently stored or linked to personal identifiers but may be temporarily cached in anonymized form for operational and research purposes.

• Waitlist Sign-Up: If you join the waitlist, your email address is collected to send updates, invitations, and launch-related information.

• Privacy Policy: Please refer to our [Privacy Policy], which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of others.

• Share sensitive personal data (e.g., financial details, government IDs, or medical records).

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Service or its systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and methodologies of DriftLens — including InsightOS™, Samsara, Vipassana, Plasticity Trace, Insight Mode, and DriftLens Insight — are the exclusive property of Monastery World Guide, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses are granted to you unless expressly provided in writing.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• For Reflection Purposes Only: DriftLens is a tool for self-reflection and awareness. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, financial, or legal advice.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated insights may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your circumstances.

• “As Is” Service: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

• Limitation of Liability: DriftLens and its affiliates are not liable for any actions, interpretations, or outcomes resulting from use of the Service. You use DriftLens at your own discretion and risk.

8. Payments

The Mini Demo is provided free of charge. Future paid subscriptions will be governed by separate terms at the time of purchase.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted here with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
